This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) explains how our paid plans operate, what access they provide, how billing and renewals work, and the rights and obligations of subscribers. By purchasing or continuing any subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this
Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable policies published on our Platform. All of these documents are read together and form part of the agreement between you and SecureShiksha.


1. TYPES OF SUBSCRIPTIONS


SecureShiksha offers two types of paid subscription plans. Users may choose the plan that best suits
their educational requirements:


a. Single-Course Subscription This plan grants access to a single specific course, which may include live lectures, recorded lectures, or a combination of both. Access to the course will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed by the user. This subscription is limited to the particular course purchased and does not include access to other courses or any new content added after the initial purchase.

b. SecureShiksha Prime: This plan provides unlimited access to all courses and educational materials available within the “Prime” subscription folder during the active subscription period. Any new courses or updated content added to this section while the subscription remains active will be accessible without any additional payment.


2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


SecureShiksha does not charge any fee for registration or account creation. However, access to courses, features, and services is available only through paid subscriptions or individual course purchases (“Subscription” or “Subscription Service”).


The following terms apply to all subscriptions:


1. Scope of Access: Access is strictly limited to the content, features, and services included in the selected subscription plan. It does not extend beyond the scope described at the time of purchase.


2. Subscription Period: Each subscription is valid for a specific duration (“Subscription Period”) stated at the time of purchase. The maximum subscription period is one year, after which renewal is required to continue access.


3. Renewals: Subscriptions may be renewed at the end of the subscription period. Renewal terms, pricing, and conditions will be displayed on the Platform before renewal. Renewal fees may differ from the original purchase price.


4. Non-Transferability: Subscriptions are intended solely for the registered user’s personal use and are strictly non-transferable. Reselling, sharing, or transferring a subscription is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.


5. Content Access:


Live Sessions: Accessible only during the active subscription period through supported devices.

Recorded Content: Available throughout the subscription period and subject to SecureShiksha’s operational discretion.
Offline Downloads: Available as per your plan but will expire when the subscription ends.
Streaming Quality: While we aim to provide the best possible experience, playback quality may vary based on device, bandwidth, and technical conditions.


6. Additional Services: Some subscription plans may include assessments, tests, or learning tools. These may vary by course and may require additional payment.


7. License and Restrictions: Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the subscribed content solely for personal, educational purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, resale, creation of derivative works, or unauthorized sharing of content is strictly prohibited. All content remains the exclusive property of SecureShiksha.


3. SUBSCRIPTION DURATION, RENEWAL, AND AUTO-RENEWAL

Each subscription clearly specifies its duration at the time of purchase. Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled by you before the next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Secure Shiksha to automatically charge the applicable renewal fees to your designated payment method on each renewal date. If a payment fails or is declined, access to the subscription may be temporarily suspended until successful payment is received. Secure Shiksha shall not be responsible for any automatic debits, deductions, or charges initiated by your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or any third-party payment service in connection with such renewals. All such charges shall be your sole responsibility.

4. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION


Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent further renewals but will not terminate existing access immediately. Access to subscribed content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of any previously paid fees, in accordance with our Refund Policy


5. REFUND POLICY


All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, as detailed in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Policy. Users are strongly advised to read the Refund Policy before purchasing any subscription. Any discretionary refunds, if offered, will only be in accordance with applicable law or regulatory requirements and subject to deductions as described therein.


6. CONTENT UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY


Subscribers will have access only to the content included in their subscription plan. In the case of SecureShiksha Prime, new courses or updated materials added during the active subscription period will be available automatically without extra cost. Updates or new content released outside the scope of a subscription plan may not be accessible without an upgrade or additional payment.

SecureShiksha reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove any content to maintain quality standards or comply with legal requirements. Content subject to copyright claims, regulatory directives, or operational decisions may be removed without prior notice. Such removal does not entitle users to any refund or compensation.


7. PRICING AND CHANGES


Subscription prices may be revised by SecureShiksha from time to time. Any price changes will only apply to new subscriptions or to renewals after the current subscription period ends. Users with active subscriptions will not be charged the new price until their next renewal. SecureShiksha will provide advance notice of any price revisions through the Platform.


If you do not agree with the revised price at the time of renewal, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. No refund will be provided for fees already paid under your existing subscription.


8. TERMINATION BY SECURESHIKSHA


SecureShiksha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any subscription without refund if a user:
Violates our Terms of Use or engages in platform misuse.
Engages in fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or unauthorized sharing.
Attempts to copy, download, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without authorization.

10. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT


By purchasing, activating, or continuing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription Policy and all related policies of SecureShiksha. This Policy must always be read together with our other platform policies. Where specific details are not mentioned in this document but are provided elsewhere, such terms shall still apply and govern your use of the subscription.
